Kelsey left her home province of Saskatchewan to pursue her photography career. Upon arriving in Vancouver, she began to develop her craft and hone a distinct eye for people and places. Intrigued by the story and energy behind the fashion world, she eagerly embraced the opportunity to work alongside fashion photographer and director Charlotte Wales for clients such as Vogue, Louis Vuitton, Chloe, Marc Jacobs, Dazed, Hermes, Chanel and Dior in New York and London.
Kelsey characteristically incorporates the use of color into her work with feminine sophistication. Her authentic approach enables her to connect with her subjects to allow them to feel like their genuine being. Her intention is to create imagery that conveys her subjects’ true sense of self, and makes viewers feel unabashedly happy.
Kelsey currently resides in Los Angeles where she enjoys going on hikes within a 15 minute drive of her house, listening to Kacey Musgraves and Taylor Swift while stuck on 1-405 and day dreaming about the day she will have a dog.
